David brings 15+ years of engineering, marketing and sales experience to serve his clients. He has developed a proven methodology for income property investment and is passionate to help his clients become financially independent through real estate. David held VP of Sales position in a technology company prior to changing his career to the real estate industry. He started his career in the software industry after getting his Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo.  David and his wife have been living in Santa Rosa since 2000.
